LiIon charger recommendations

I am looking for recommendations for LiIon battery chargers.

I mostly use 18650s, but would like to be able to charge most other types including LiPO.

I also need one that is able to charge the batteries one at a time.

I have read reviews but often get conflicting reports.

What are you reading, that's conflicting, on this site?

HKJ does a lot of testing, so look through his results and see.

When you mean "one at a time", do you mean individually, as in four separate channels in a charger, or do you mean, you want only a single bay charger, not a two bay, or four bay?

Opus BT-3100/BT-3400 are 4 bay, multi-chemistry chargers that charge just about everything that we use. They're about $40, so fairly inexpensive and they run off of a 12vdc wall wart, so you can use them in the car, boat, or with 12vdc solar panels in a pinch.
