Can someone tell me if those Sanyo 4.2v 18650ga batteries are ok to use in high drain flashlights? I'm thinking yes because most 18650 batteries charge to 4.2v anyway.

Those are high capacity, medium drain, rated to 10 amps continuous, if its higher than that you should find something else. What flashlights are you planning on using them in?

It depends on how much drain you really need and whether it is sustained. They're optimized for high capacity, not high drain, but are still pretty respectable at high currents. They're rated for 10A, but they seem to do ok with bursts of 15A.

If in doubt, Samsung 30Q and Sony VTC6 both are good for 15A without trouble, and should be fine for almost any light.
