I haven't done any testing myself, haven't run it continuously long enough to know. Here's what Malkoff says:

[FONT=&quot]This flashlight will easily illuminate objects at 1200+ feet with a generous room lighting spill. Lux at one meter is approximately 29,000.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]The runtime on the included 18650 battery is approximately 1 hour at full output (down to 650 lumens). Then another 45 minutes of bright output (down to 300 lumens) followed by several hours of declining output.

If you go to the malkoff hound dog thread, you can see the runtime graphs i have made

You can't just say what the runtime is as it's always declining and everyone has their perception of what is useable to them.
