    Better check with Don. But by all means, get the driver, any other hex driver will strip them, even my Snap-On did. Plus you can call on the phone and talk to Thorpe himself, he's nice!

    I have had a good relationship with Lunsford for many years and I have yet to hear of one of my clips coming off due to a screw getting loose or any other problems aside from the requirement of a driver like the thorpe MIP. I realize that with some of the lights out there now, the clip is exchanged more often than the battery. Perhaps I should invest in some designer torx screws and add yet one other option for those intending to alternate clips.
