Bought a powerpack ( 12 volt output) that didnt work ( had a replacement sent to me) upon removing the battery cover i discovered three 18650 cells, s pictureed below

The powerpack fault was with the input/oputput socket, the batteries have not been used in the pack ( s it was faulty) they all have a charge between 4.1 volt to 3.9 volt, anyone have any knowledge of these? safe to use in a torch, or should they be disposed of ?

Googling "SZNS 18650" shows that they may be made by Shenzen Zhouneng New Energy Corp. Ltd. You can find further info by continuing the search, e.g. they are mentioned on the final page of this Home Depot MSDS.
