I have an Olight S1 that I like to keep in my garage and want to know if I should leave a primary CR123a in it or a rechargeable. I live in South Florida, so it does get up to about 95 degrees inside the garage in the summer. Is a rechargeable OK at those temps or should I keep a primary in it?
Thanks.

It's fine. Although, warm temperatures + leaving it fully charged will result in a loss of capacity more quickly than if it is cool and partially charged.

If the light is seldom used, you may as well put a primary in it. If you use the light fairly often, rechargeable is the way to go.
