The trinium vile on my new luminox dive watch fell out of the second hand. It's just sliding around in there now. I will send it back but damn, I didn't even drop it. Anyone ever heard of anything like that?

I bet they say it isn't cover by the warranty.
I had a world traveler.Water resist to 100m.Less than one year and I got caught in a heavy rain and had to walk about a mile in it.It leaked.Sent it with 10.00 and they sent me a letter saying that it was not covered under warranty. They asked me to send them 90.00 to fix it.I only paided 99.99 from Cabelas.I called them and told them to send it back.I then called Cabelas and told them the whole story, they said it should have been covered and if Luminox would not fix it for my they would fix it for Cabelas and then Cablas gave me a full refund and even offered to pay the return shipping.

OT .... Cabelas has the best warranty repair policy around.
This doesn't speak well of the Luminox.
My Bud told me just last Fri that the trits fell off his travel clock.
