hi gransee

i am assuming that you are very familiar with the turq color leds.what voltage can i run them at.for example i know that a 5600 mcd white can take 4.5v @ 35-40 ma max.any help would be appreciated.this info seems hard to find.

The manufacturer rates them at 20mA with usally results in a voltage of about 3.4-3.5 volts.

I wouldn't push more than 40mA through either the turquioses or the whites without a good heat sink. This typically results in a load voltage of about 3.6-3.8 volts. 4.5 volts will overheat them.
