I just got my June issue of Shooting Times and there is the advertising for Surefire E2D "The new E2 Defender just what Dad wants in June 20"
page #75 full page color add.
Most dealers don't have a clue of the date of release!!
I pre-ordered mine.
Anybody got lucky, yet??

I'm almost embarassed to admit that I ordered one just for the black HAIII to match Don's PR heads. Trouble is I prefer the standard LOTC (hopefully modified with Don's 2-way circuit), and I don't think they are available in Black HAIII. Form and function priorities sometimes get confused when you're a Flashaholic.
