Is paypal worldwide?

There's a guy from the Phillipines who wants to pay me via paypal. He is sending money to my business account, and he's paying by Mastercard. Should it be okay? Because he claims that he couldn't..... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon3.gif

This may sound stupid, but does he have a paypal account to start with? You can't pay directly with just the credit card.

You paypal by default will not accept payment from international buyer until you check off that option in you settings.

Well I've received payments from places ranging from Singapore to Israel. Perhaps is there just something about the Phillipines?

Would this list of countries where Paypal is available be of any help?
I see Israel and Singapore, but no Phillipines..
