That's a brand of battery sold in the US and distributed by a Texas company. I had a pair, they seemed to work OK, but I put my trust in slightly higher priced Surefires and GE/Sanyos. Personally, I felt the graphics were deceptively made to resemble Panasonic's. Universal Batteries

Universal is a manufacturer from China. It is not universal as in multi-use or fits everything. We carry a few of their gel cells. It is very confusing when listing their batteries for sale because of the domestic definition of the word "universal" because their company is called Univeral. Whew!!

That the one's I have. I have done some flash ampos tests, and they come out with high amp readings, however when I use them they sort of go "kaput" in short order.
