How to view \'\'System Resources\'\' in Win XP Home?

The subject line pretty much says it all.
How do you view the system resources in Windows XP Home?

I tried going to the Control Panel and selecting System, but the System Resources aren't in there, or they're in a format I am not familiar with.
I believe processor usage (displayed as a percentage) is what I'm after.

Or right click on the bar across the bottom in an open spot and go to task manager.
