Gloflex is some stuff that combines glow material with reflective material. It looks like it is popular with fire people to put on their stuff (and themselves).

The item pictured is Glo-Flex Honey Comb Tape, 1-1/2" X 60".

I've found it is good for sticking on emergency gear like fire extinguishers and the like.

I bought some cool 2" x 3" US Flag stickers made from this material from extremeglow.com

Its hard to find them on the website though.

John N, how long does the glow last? Is it as good as glowsheet from Extreme Glow?

It's not anywhere near as good as the glowsheet from extreme glow.

I keep meaning to do some tests and never get around to it.

Taking some of the glo-flex appart, I think it uses basically the same GID material as the extreme glow (at least it looks like it), HOWVER, it has the reflective film on top. This blocks both the charging and the glow.

That said, there is a certain value to the reflective material as well and even a small amount of light does allow the object with the glo-flex to be seen.

And it does give off a fair amount of glow for a fair while (very scientific, eh).
