Wayne,

I'd like to get midium-high output McE2S switch instead of low-high switch.
Could you make 10 or 5ohm resistor board for midium output ?

I'm not sure if Wayne is doing custom switch resistor values, but certainly they can be made at just about any level you'd like. Wayne will have to answer if he is willing to do it, however. If not, there are several of us doing custom builds that can help.
