Is glowpowder on potted WA superbulbs a good idea? I was thinking the ceramic area in the pot can be used as a surface for glowpowder. But I wonder will it gets too hot?

Good god, no. Don't do it. I was able to smoke 700F rated ceramic insulation next to a WA01160 after only 5 minutes. It would be a most unpleasant result, guaranteed. Most matrix resins for this stuff is acrylic. Over 250F and this stuff will toast. These bulbs make above 500F and some over 600F.
