I'm currently trying to decide what I'm going to for my new years resolution this year. Formulating/constructing behavior modification plans (sounds malevolent when you write it) is part of what I do for a living, so I tend to go a little overboard with the planning.
1. Does anyone know what they're going to do for their's this year?
2. Has anyone had any interesting and useful/not so useful attempts in the past.
