I am looking for a tester with variable time and current settings that one can use to test primary and rechargeable cells discharge characteristics.

I think there are units with serial interfaces for output to a PC.

I found the CBA II analyzer from West Mountain Radio which looks very good. Any others out there worth looking at?

TIA

Hello Streak,

I have been using this.

It runs off of a USB port. It allows you to pick what current you want to discharge at, but does not allow you to set the time.

Hello Streak,

If you don't need the computer the Triton does a good job of analysis and depending on your cell size, the BC-900 charger also can check capacity at different discharge rates.

There is also a thread on building your own data logger.
