R123 - Led Light Combo??

Hey gang; in your opinion, what would be my best choice for a led light with the following qualities.

1. Output better than a QIII.
2. Using at least two CR123A, (three would be OK.)
3. Of good quality.
4. Able to use rechargable batteries. (RCR123A batteries from Battery Station)

Nuwai ALX-352L. It can take 2xR123 and is tough to beat in light output from a single Lux-V. It's built like a tank and it has throw. 3 levels of light and strobe (more like blink). There is no momentary.
