SF U2 and 18650 HELP!

I got my U2 in on monday, and got my batteries in yesterday, but they don't fit!!

I thought they were supposed to be a perfect fit!

these are the LG 2400 mah 18650 from batteryspace.com

what do i do??

I use the Pila 168s. They are to fat to enter the tail cap
end. However, there is plenty of room if inserted after
removing the head. The brightness and run time seem to
be about the same.

Is your battery too fat or too long ?

ohh, maybe that's what needs to be done. i will try that when i get back home from work today.

it was too fat (but i was trying to put them in through the tail)

lol...the Surefire U2 loads the batteries through the top of the body.
