I'm looking for detailed pics of the interior of Amondotech's LED-Duet headlamp.

I'm looking at the feasability of modding the AA case to run 3 R123s in parallel. Or even 2 would be fine. I'd like to get an idea of the internal structure without having to buy one. If not, I guess I can always use another headlamp <G>.

I have a similar headlamp by the same oem. The AA case is the same apart from the clip, the top is completely removable.
It looks easily converted to take cells in parallel.
It may be a bit tight with CR123A as the case width is 15.8mm, and there are a couple of plastic channels 2mm x 6mm that hold the - terminals in place.
