Cheap Ray-o-vac maximum +s...

While I was at Toys-R-Us saturday picking up a Sauce Lightwand for my friends upcoming birthday (Target out here doens't have them ) my dad priced batteries--(Lowes was next on the adjenda for, you guessed it, batteries)

ANYWAY, they have right now 24 packs of Ray-O-Vac maxmum plusses (The new ones) for $10. Good deal I thought!

That's a pretty good price! I really like those Rayovac Maximum Plus's! GREAT battery, I don't even consider any Energizer or Duracell battery any more!

Fry's electronics had the max plus on sale for 2.99 for 8, so that would be about 9 dollars for 24, or a dollar cheaper, and Wal-mart has an 18 pack for 5.97. Those prices are pretty good too, I would pick the store that was closest, and buy them there.

I am so glad that Rayovac makes great batteries. Doing that "shoot out" was kind of disapointing, with the energizers!

For those of us without a Frys, Wal-Mart wins. Lowes is closer now but we have a Wal-Mart opening very close by <gasp!> this month!
