Hello Everyone. Thanks for reading.

My first questions is- Does anyone know where to get CR2 batteries for a good price?

My second question is- Would a charger that charges a rechargable 123 battery be able to charge a rechargable CR2 battery if used with an Aluminum foil spacer?

Thanks,
Rob

Re: Charger and Battery Question

fleegs,

You have to watch the charging rate when charging a RCR2. Any rate higher than 1C ( C = capacity )may damage your battery. Any charger with a low enough rate can be used to charge a RCR2 with an alum. foil spacer or a stack of pennies /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Would the charger you are selling, or the charger that came with the LionCub, or the charger that HDS Systems is selling work with the RCR2 batteries?

Re: Charger and Battery Question

Rob,

The Nano Charger works with RCR2 ( need a spacer or stack of pennies ).

Re: Charger and Battery Question

If I have a charger with the following specifications
Input voltage- 120 AC, 12V DC
Output Voltage- 4.18
Charge rate- 350 mA
Channels- 1
Phases- CC/CV

Will this charge a 350mA CR2 rechargable battery without harming it? (using a spacer)

Thanks,
Rob

Re: Charger and Battery Question
