Battery Adapter

Hello Everyone

I love this forum - great info!

Can anyone tell me a good source/ website to purchase AA Battery to D battery adapter. I know there are one AA to D adapter but I read somewhere that you can put 3 AA batteries into one D cell. Is that true? Any good sources?

Thanks for the advice and suggestions.

I guess I am looking for the item similiar to the Elektrolumens but in a parallel curcuit. Will 4.5 V damage my electronics?
I will be using it for my son's toys. His toys are killing me in D size battery costs.

If the toys are expecting 1.5v and they get 4.5v, I would expect things not to work properly at best.

You might ask on the Elektrolumens section of the forum to see if they can be re-wired.

Otherwise, the Aventrade adapters should work.
