Battery carrier recommendations?

My EDC is usually my original Surefire E2 teardrop and four batteries in half of a bugoutusa.com multi-battery carrier. I like it better than the Surefire 4-cell carrier because it's flat and fits in my pockets better. My problem is that there's no place for a backup bulb. Ideally, I'd like a 2-cell tube that can carry a spare E-series bulb in the top. That would make it easy to get the E2, four cells and a bulb in my pockets. That gives me just under 3 hours of run time @ 60 lumens with not much space wasted. If I need more run time, I can just swap out to the A2 which is a little bit bigger.

Now the problem is there such a beast. Any ideas?

Take at look here, the 123 case may be close to what you're looking for.

That is what I use too. It has some foam padding that wastes a little space and it is not waterPROOF, but it is flat and will fit almost anywhere.
