i've searched the forum for whether this has already been mentioned but found nothing ...

This guy plans on building rechargables with 1300 Wh/kg and 2100 Wh/l (sic!). This would easily surpass Li-Ions by a factor of 5 ... sounds exciting ...
Hope that's not just vapourware ...
