Is White Lithium grease good...

all I know is lithium grease is good for certain metal wear parts. I'd use pure silicone grease. Bulb-dialectric grease is silicone...

I don't recommend it. I bought a tube of pure white lithium a couple of years ago and tried it on the o-rings of my SF lights and it just gummed up and was a mess. I agree with IH in that pure silicone would be much better.

Yeah, I bought some in a spray form, because someone recommended it for use on an electric car antenna. It worked, for a while, until it got so much dirt on it that the antenna binded again...

It seems to attract dirt very well.
