What are the possibilities of a regulated, rechargable, super mag mod?

We already have the "super mag reflector"... for that perfect "surefire-like" beam.

We also have the M6R... but, if you actually HAVE one, aren't you worried about destroying a $400 shell?

The mag mods are so great, because if you destroy the outside... all you have to do is replace a $20 shell. The reflector, bulb, switch, and batterypack can ALL be transplanted into a new host.

I understand we can't do 800+ regulated lumens for an hour... but what about a different lamp that gives us 600 regulated lumens for an hour?

Also, what about a super mod that is regulated, but uses 123a batteries. We could drain those little things dry. What about some type of light that runs 2 or 3 stacks of three batteries?

I am just throwing out ideas here. I don't have the tools or know-how to do such things... but man, if i did, i would be all up on this one.
