Anyone using AA Lithium batteries in the Matix 2 Headlight?

I would say the only reason to go lithium with the Matrix is for the extended storage time in your emegency supply kit. I guess I just said it! OK then.

With the lithiums you get flatter (won't dim as fast) running time. Better in cold weather, little lighter on your head. I called the factory they said AA lithiums and rechargables are ok. I tried lithiums and they don't seem any brighter. Nice light with the sale price. And very water proof.
