Yea I ordered mine when it still said Order now for Christmas. I dont think mine will arrive for Christmas though ( #2694 )which sucks but I am gonna print of a glossy picture of my arc and wrap that up for the person with a note explaining. ( Also a printer copy of my November e-receipt just so they dont think I am lying ( but with prices Blanked out) )

Well my order # is 2565 on Nov 12. I have a feeling that I will not get it before Christmas, but it will probably arrive the first week in January. From what I have read about it though it will be worth the wait.

You might want to put something on the Arc site that says you *are* shipping but there is a wait, because I was going to just hold off ordering until the site said you had some in stock.

I was hoping to get my order # 2449 around Thanksgiving. Now, I'm just hoping for Christmas. The status is still "order received".

There's approximately 7 shipping days left....including transit time.

I am still waiting for 2483 which I ordered Oct 31st. At the time the wait was 4-6 weeks, and it has been over 6 weeks now. I was hoping to get it for Christmas, but it is pretty much too late now. Hopefully I will get it the first week of January otherwise I will have to wait another 6 months before I am home to recieve it.

I got tired of waiting for #2634 and decided to pay an $8.00 premium to get one NOW from Lighthound.com.
When it arrives, it will satisfy the hunger. IF and when #2634 ever arrives, I will decide if I keep 2 or Ebay the extra one.
Anyone who hasn't ordered yet, or is thinking about picking up another for a friend, $8 is a small price to eliminate an 8 week delay.

Well now you know why arc is backordered as long as they are. It's because some of those orders before yours are huge orders from vendors, instead of the single orders that you and I placed. Still waiting for 2565.

As I understand, alot of people got notification about thier shipment going out.
