forum clock way off
I noticed the forum is ~45 minutes off central time zone. I had to set it eastern time zone and it is still over 15 minutes off.

Re: forum clock way off
Nothing I can do about it right now. I'm without DSL coming into my house right now. Can't get anyone to come look at it until sometime between 1 and 5 tomorrow. All I have is my Palm. You'll have to live with it for now. Sorry.

Re: forum clock way off
I don't think the clock has ever been right here. The weirdest thing was the Marketplace Forum had like it's own timezone where it was always running an hour behind the regular CPF forum. Is this the bizarro world or what? I live in (-5 GMT)Florida and have to set my timezone to (-3 GMT) Brazil in order to get it within the hour. Will this ever be fixed and what is the reasoning behind this chronic glitch?

Re: forum clock way off
Someone needs to plug a ntp server into the web server so that it stays correct. And properly set the server time zone. To get it close to correct you have to tinker with time zones and or dst as mentioned by LynxArc

Re: forum clock way off
.
Greta , thank you , the clocks are quite accurate now .....
Except that I have to leave DST corrections set to "off" , to get the correct time .
(Florida , GMT -5 Eastern time)
Best it's been in a long time .

Re: forum clock way off
The server is in Arizona. We do not engage in such nonsensical practices as DST here..
