Re: How do you carry your EDC?
I've got a 4" seam stitched about an inch and a half in from the outside edge of my jeans pocket (invisible from outside) that carries my normal EDC (ITP C9) or if I'm out at night my Olight M20 with ease. Keeps the keys away from the light.
It amounts to a separate compartment in the pocket for the light. Lots of room left over for keys etc.

Fenix L2D CE on my belt. Sorry everybody, I guess I'm not a true flashaholic - that's the only light I have at the moment.

Re: How do you carry your EDC?
definitely clipped, i lost my treasured Jet I MkIIx cos it was lying loose in my pants pocket and rolled out. Same thing happened to my Surefire G2 when the taxi jammed its brakes and my bag fell off the seat, the light rolled out without me knowing (night). So now before i close the taxi door is take out the EDC (EX10 usually) and scan under the seats.
Definitely clipped, holsters are secondary for me.

I usually carry two lights -- one on a short bead chain around my neck and the larger one in a custom full coverage sheath on my belt.

Re: How do you carry your EDC?
I was back to work on Monday!!
So it was a Ti PD-S in a pancake holster on my belt.
Today it was a Beadblast Haiku in a AOTH beavertail holester on my belt.
Bradley Alias II (knife) in my pocket.
I'm only carrying one light at a time, but I do have about 6 others in my bag, and a second bag out in the car with another couple of lights and a Benchmade knife holder/folder with about a dozen knives (Sebenzas, Benchmades & similar). No insurance on the apartment yet and some folks have to go in there to fix stuff (paranoid.....)
Tomorrow I think I'll go for the LS20 in the Alligator AOTH Holster.

The reason I carry 2 lights is mostly so that if someone needs to borrow a light, I can give them the AAA twisty that requires no explanation rather than trying to explain the UI on whatever I've got holstered on my belt.
Seriously, explaining how to half-click a reverse clickie or double click the clickie on a LiteFlux to a non-flashaholic isn't worth the trouble. Rather than go through pain of explaining how to advance modes and what modes are available, I just hand them the ITP AAA and tell them to tighten the head to turn it on (I don't even mention it has multiple modes).
Oh, beyond that, it's much easier to hold the ITP AAA in my mouth that any of my AA or 18650 lights.

I like the idea of having a small "lender". I may have to look into that as well.

I like carrying my Fenix PD20 in it's holster but lately it's gotten so loose I'm afraid the liight may fall out. Does anyone have any suggestions for a replacement holster for this light??

Agreed. I carry my D10 on my right side in an L1D holster with a small homemade paracord lanyard to help pull it out, and an ITP EOS AAA in the side pocket of my Leatherman holster right next to it. Great loaner light, and works perfect for mouth duty (small, light, and no clicky switch to drool in to).
I also currently have a Tank007 E07 (EZAA copy) on my keychain, but it's a little large and heavy for a light I seldom use, so I might go back to the Ultrafire WF-602C (I think that's the model number) AAA twisty, which is longer but much thinner and lighter.

Re: How do you carry your EDC?
I keep my Fenix L1Tv2 in its holster on a carabiner; I can clip it onto my keychain, my belt loop, or the strap of my messenger bag. I use it primarily for small jobs, inside the house kind of stuff, etc. I keep my QAA2 in a narrow vertical pocket inside my messenger bag for other general use, primarily outdoor kinds of things when I need more light.
During scouting activities, either leading my den or in pack level events, my QAA2 becomes my main light, in a Nite-Ize pockits holster with my Gerber multiplier in the other pock-it.
I run energizer Ni-MH rechargeables in both for the run-time they provide; 2450 mah each.

Re: How do you carry your EDC?
On belt in a Fenix holster is my Q5 Nitecore D20, iNova X5UV LED, & green CR123 laser. on keys are Nitecore EZAA neutral, Raw Ns (Green LED), ARC AAA UV and a few coincell lights in various colours. If more formal biz attire is required I EDC my QUARK CR123 neutral in a Fenix holster on belt.

Re: How do you carry your EDC?
I was just about to write a reply on how stupid people are for carrying more than one flashlight at a time...but then I realized that I had three flashlights on me...and I'm one of those people...
D10 clipped to front pocket...LD01 in pouch/wallet in back pocket...Q123 Ti stuffed into another pocket, just because it's so shiny...!

I never really think of it as EDCing three lights. I always carry one in my pocket. There happens to be a light on my key ring, that I happen to have with me a lot. There also happens to be a light in my bag, that I also happen to have with me a lot. In reality, the key ring and bag lights have different intentions and utility so they're more supplemental to my general purpose, primary EDC.

I usually carry a Nitecore DI loose in my right front pocket along with a BM folder clipped inside my right front pocket.
I also keep a back-up in the front pocket of my bag which gets switched out between various bags.
Always have a back-up accessible.

Re: How do you carry your EDC?
At work I holster carry some two cell or 18650 powered light on my belt (usually my T100C2 lately) and almost always have some nitecore (EX10 EZ123 or EZCR2) in my LFP. RFP has keychain with the Fenix E01 until I procure a better AAA to upgrade to. Yep, I am definitely a flashaholic with the rest of ya.

Re: How do you carry your EDC?
I keep a Quark 123 in my left front pocket, holstered. The holster keeps it from banging up my iPhone. Sometimes I'll supplement it or replace it with a Maratac AAA, less commonly an E01.
Going out at night, or for any situation where I know I will need a flashlight, I most often bring a Quark 123^2, either Al or Ti. That will ride in its holster on my belt.
My laptop bag has a Maratac 9290 with a 14500 in it -- all other flashlights I carry are loaded with lithium primaries. There's also an iTP EOS A3 Upgrade (yes, I bought the Maratac AAA from Countycomm and the iTP EOS A3 Upgrade from BatteryJunction) and an E01 there.
The BOB in my car has a Fenix 4in1 pack, which is a P2D with an extra L1D body and a diffuser (this was my first "good" flashlight, thank you CPF for helping me spend my money ). I have a Fenix red filter in there to go with it. There's also a bunch of spare 123A and Energizer Lithium AA batteries in there, with a smaller number of Energizer AAAs. My BOB also contains another E01, a couple of SOLEDs, a couple of fauxtons, and an Energizer AAA headlamp. If that wasn't enough, there's a Countycomm shortwave receiver with an LED flashlight function.

Re: How do you carry your EDC?
With self-defense considerations placed first, I carry my Milky Roomsweeper clipped inside my left front pocket. That way if needed I have my right hand free to access my big Hossom fixed blade or Mark Morris 1911. I also carry either a Surefire L1 or Nitecore Extreme R2 clipped to my right front pocket, and a Peak McKinley HP loose in one of my pockets for general use. I also have a Streamlight Nano on each set of keys.

Re: How do you carry your EDC?
E1B clipped bezel down in LFP.
C2 w/Malkoff M60F loose in jacket breast pocket.
Streamlight Nano clipped to SAK loose in RFP.
At work I keep a Microstream clipped inside the breast pocket of my chef's coat.
In my truck there's a Lowes Kobalt 2x123, Mag 3D wled drop in (both lights in driver's side door. I also have a ROV 1xAA headlamp hanging from the coat hook behind my seat. Lots of batteries for each light in the glove box.

Re: How do you carry your EDC?
Someone earlier mentioned knife guys carrying multiples, flashlight guys carrying multiples.. and trust me, plenty of gun guys carry a backup as well (usually abbreviated as BUG).
I just can't do the multiple carry thing.
I keep adding on to what my wife refers to as my Batman utility rig, and at three sizable items I can't imagine filling up more of my belt or pockets with additional lights.
I carry a Sig P229 in an inside-the-waistband holster at about the 4 o'clock position. I keep my Quark tactical 123*2 clipped to the left front pocket, and a SOG Topo Meridian clipped to my left back pocket.
I've got enough stuff on my EDC list!!
That said, adding a keychain light wouldn't really take up THAT much room, would it?
