Hi Kingfisher, no, they do not autofit. Please make sure they don't exceed 800x800 pix.

Nice knife btw.

...and while we're at it: Could I kindly suggest that you use the smallest pic size possible? Thumbnails from Imageshack.us work great and helps a lot when people don't have a T3 connection available (I do! well, at least at the office). There are image-heavy threads on CPF that I have to avoid when I'm on dial-up.

How do I remove picture after posting as the image (rather than text) appears on edit page?

greenLED,
Don't know how anyone can afford dial-up, it's WAY too expensive.

Thinking Re: pic size test

I think you are using the WYSIWYG editor, if you switch to the standard editor you will see the code for the pic.

You click on it (or select the text with the link) and delete it. I prefer WYSIWYG editing mode (in your User CP options).

How much is it in the UK? We pay $9.95/mo for our dial-up -unlimited connection. It's still 56K, but faster would be +3 times more (and I get to see image-loaded CPF threads at work ).

Nice Knife, BTW.

Previously when we had dial-up we paid per minute which then worked out about three times as much as Broadband, which made me say “expensive”.

Of course monthly is cheaper by about £5 – my mistake.

Kingfisher,

Looks like you got it sorted.
Sweet knife too.

greenLED, I pay around $35 for a 2.3Mbps line. About 41 times quicker!!
