Default Picture post Test - Z2

Momentary blast from my SF Z2 bounched off the ground lighting up this sign marking a very dark and lonely road through the desert.

Hey that's pretty cool looking!

Is that a "real" or "official" highway sign?

Its actually an official sign marking the northern end of the stretch of highway which runs along an open range and the "not so secret" area. LOL .

Okay. . .Just another question, is that Orion's Belt in the upper right back-drop that I can see in the sky?

Yup, it's Orion's belt. There is almost no light pollution in this area. The stars are quite vivid, even my cheap digital camera was able to capture them in this shot.

That's a really odd sign.

Lucky you... we have so many street lamps here the only time I can *really* use my lights is indoors at night.
