You have to upload them somewhere first...imageshack, etc.
Once uploaded, you'll put the path inside img tags, thus:
[ img ]http://www.imageshack/youraccount/mypicture.jpg[ /img ]
...but don't put spaces after the [ and before the ]...and I'm not sure of the exact path for imageshack, but that should be close. Once you've put them on whatever free hosting service you choose, you can right-click on the picture and go to "Properties", then copy the "Address" on that window and paste that between the img tags.

Oh. I am trying and it takes so long to upload and it doesnt even upload it says This page cannot be displayed. What is wrong??

Ok, here's the deal...the URL you had in your first post on this thread will take you to the page on flikr that has that picture on it. If you right-click on that picture, go down and left click on "Properties", then copy the URL next to "Address" and paste it in between the img tags, it will work. Make sure and strip everything after .jpg or it won't work.
