Vari-Brite 52L & 41L replacement reflectors and mods?

Does anyone have any knowledge if the Aleph 27mm reflector will work with these light.

Does anyone have any proven mods for these lights they can share? Recently bought 2 of Ebay and looking for ways to create a thrower with the 41L and a spotlight with the 52L. I have an XXOT for the 52L and a UWOJ for the 41L any suggestions are appreciated and pictures more than welcome!

The "CPF special" varibrite should be similar/(identical?) to a varibrite 41L, I guess .

Isn´t a "Aleph 27mm" a "McR27" ???
