What is a flashlight to you?

1. Illumination tool: I appreciate them for what they do, which is provide light. I don't bring a flashlight to a knife or gunfight, and I can't eat or drink a flashlight if I find myself out in the wilderness.

2. Survival tool: I EDC 10 lights in case the sun goes out. Signaling and SOS are a requirement.

3. Weapon: I'm a 9th degree black belt in flashlight Kung-Fu.
