Default Vibration damping for motorcycle lights

I'm fixing to install a set of driving lights on my motorcycle. Not yet sure where I'll mount them, either on the fork legs, somewhat low, or on the windshield mounts, more or less on the same plane as the existing headlight.

I'm concerned about damping vibration as much as possible so I can get decent lamp life. I know that if I hard mount them to the frame, they'll vibrate a ton, and that's not so good.

I was thinking of using neoprene grommets at all the bolt points. Think this will be sufficient, or is there something else I should consider?
