Default GE CCFLs

I have 2 CCFL lights.
These are both 27w, box says they are equal to 100w regular bulbs.
I say they are more like 150w bulbs(I think GE means they are equal to a 100w when they are close to worn out).
The CCFL tube is built into the base, and is not replaceable, but CCFLs last long.
I really like the lower electrical bills.
