Default Possible reason why Plasmaglow lights aren\'t good.

I have some Plasmaglow lights that never worked all that well. I recently bought Silverstar headlights, and they aren't too bad. Anyway, One thing that I found interesting about the Plasmaglow headlights [and I'm not sure if it causes the headlights to seem dimmer] is that the filament is about 3-4 mm further in distance from the housing, or part the headlights 'screw' into. Like adjustable flashlights, when you change the position of the reflector, you get a different shaped beam. I wonder if this is what is happening with the Plasmaglow. The filament isn't where it is supposed to be.

Any comments?
