High quality and low price? No such thing, friend.

Sylvania makes Xenarc hid sealed-beam retrofits, and several other companies make specific make and model retrofits. Hella makes headlight modules which you can fab your own mounting system for.

Several companies make kits which allow you to install an hid capsule into a headlamp designed for an incandescent bulb. Such kits cause dangerous glare to other drivers(we're all other drivers) and in most cases rob you of your high beams. These kits are dangerous and are not for sale by an reputable, responsible manufacturer or retailer. Please don't use them.

Good luck.

Hello,

its not possible to give a direct answer for your question.
I have not enough input.

For a car you can use car parts only.
They must have specs and they are important for automotive use on the street.
Automotive is hella, bosch, philips.
Bulbs philips, osram and ge but no, no at all chinacrackers.

For a beamer projector, torch you can better use non automotive parts.

With non automotiv parts you can make it from 24 to 50W dimmable.
Look on to other posting from me.
Auerswald, Xenlight as ballast and bulbs from Philips, Osram and GE.
If you have questions please feel free to ask me.

Regards

Mike

Good luck.
Not only that, but it's illegal to install aftermarket hid kits unless they're self leveling. Which most if not all of the aftermarket kits that simply fit into the halogen spots are not. Legal.
