How to post graph from Excel?

OK, I give up. I see it all the time, but I must have a headspace error. I do not know how to post a graphic from Excel. I also tried to post from Paint. ???

just an update - I did find instructions on how to post photos using an external photo hosting site - which I do not have. I only need to post a graph from Excel. ?

The way I do it is do a screen cature (alt+print screen) of your excel document and then save it as an image (paste it in paint, etc.). You can then host the image like any other pic.

so that means I am required to sign up on some photo hosting site? I don't have any of those. No more direct means from Xcel into CPF?

I personally do not know of a direct means. But then again, . You can sign up for imageshack. It's free. That's what I use and I don't have any complaints so far.

Open mutliple windows if several photo's to upload, dead easy.

Select the graph, copy it (Ctrl+C), paste it in an image program, save it as an image, and upload to an image hosting site.
