LED tea candles and recharge board?

I am fishing for Christmas gifts for the ladies in my family. Rechargable tea candles would be perfect. I know I did not dream of a board that you place these candles on to recharge...but I cannot find them to save my life.

Sources? Even for just real good led tea candles? Prefer buying from a US dealer for less shipping drama. Thanks!

It's a recharging tray that holds 12 tea lights. I'm not sure if the charging is done through an electrical connector or through inductive coupling. I'll edit this if I can find more sources.
