looking to replace tailights?

I planned on replacing my regular halogen tailights with one of these it has 3x 1watt l.e.ds in it and it comes with a custom heat sink, but I was wanting to know how much brighter would these be vs. regualer halogens?

It will be dimmer, not brighter.
