Hmm... the lights I prefer the most are in the 3500k to 4100k as they seem to distort color the least to me -- This chart considers that range to be "neutral white". Incandescent lights seem too yellow to me, and "daylight" fluorescents seem too blue to me (and usually seem bluer than actual daylight coming through windows or skylights for that matter...)
