I'm glad you like it. Actually surprised that anyone would even comment on it.
It's just a picture of the back of my old wheelchair that I spent 10 or 15 minutes doctoring up in Photoshop. Nothing more.
As for how long I've had the graphic, I'd say... an hour or two at most as of this writing.
As for how I made it... it wasn't that hard.
Load the picture of the wheelchair into Photoshop, crop it until only the LEDs on the rear bumper are left. Erase the text on the old bumper sticker above the lights, then add the words "THE LED MUSEUM" in their place. Use the Rotate and Distort tools to give the lettering some perspective.
Then type in "REVIEWER" using another font, use the Rotate tool on it, and finish everything off with the Line tool to add the yellow piping inside the letters.
