I put a border around my image, that way it smoothed it out a bit when the blue border appeared. The blue border is a standard HTML thing that it appears translated over to UBBcode...

The only way you could have a hyperlinked graphic without border would be if HTML were enabled in signatures. But apparently this opens up security issues so it`s BB code or nothing. The 2-pixel border is a default that, at least using IE/Netscrape, appears if no border=X element is present within the img tag when that image is hyperlinked.

I`d love to have my banner border-free, but unless BB Code is modernized to support the same stuff simple HTML does, I`m stuck with it as-is, just like everyone else. It`s always been this way, and probably always will.
