Default Modified Allard LED output tests

Has anyone had any experience testing high output leds utilizing the modified allard method?

Here is the link to the Modified Allard equation http://cie2.nist.gov/ASTM_E12_WG05/Y...ion_Jan_8.html. Basically we have a problem with our getting erroneous readings from photometer going in due to waveform & pulse width of led's flashing at 40 pulses per minute. Any suggestions?
