Default Pure Red, Green and Blue Light

Is there anyone making high-powered pure red, green and blue lights?

Just wondering, because I'm looking into a few things and that would sort of be essential to the process.

The key words here though, are cheap and good quality, though i suppose those two things don't go hand in hand... :P

LED's can do this i think. but even some of them can be hideously expensive i imagine.

You're gonna need to be WAY more specific with what you want to do.

Color LEDs have fairly narrow emission bands, but NO LED emits only one wavelength. Only lasers do that.

LEDs are not inherently "expensive". Depends on what you want to do, of which you've said nothing so far. No idea how much light you need and why it has to be "pure".

Take LED questions to the LED forum.
