Info on Li-ion Battery Module and Dichroic reflector halogen

Hi, I would ask two questions please:

1) I'd like to know if it is possible to use the Z.Smart Charger (0.5A) for 14.8 V Li-Ion battery Pack (4 cells) with Alligator Clips
with Polymer Li-ion Battery Module: 12v 14.8V 5700mAh (84.36Wh) prewired with PCM .

2) Is it possible to use Polymer Li-ion Battery Module: 14.8V 5700mAh (84.36Wh) with a 20W Dichroic reflector halogen lamp?

For my dichroic lamp some years ago I used 2 packs in parallel: Li-ion 18650 Battery: 14.8V 2200mah (32.56Wh) battery module ( Flat) Prewired with PCB:
