Default Seoul Z-leds or LUXEON K2 for making a Panel Light?

Seoul Z-leds or LUXEON K2 for making a Panel Light?
I am wanting to make a panel light with 10 to 20 Red and Blue LEDS. I want the LEDs mixed (5 Red and 5 Blue for example). I need help determining with LEDs are the right choice for this project? I have made a Heat sink (am a machinist) out of 7075 T7 and is 8.5X10.5X.5 thick the cooling channels are .375 deep. I want the lights surface mounted to this Heat sink. The runtime will be very long for these lights and the power source is a household 110v A/C socket. Also, Would these lights need stars? One last thing, What are SSC emitters?
